General Terms of Use (GTU)

Registration for the Service and the use of the solution are subject to the General Terms of Use and the General Terms of Sale. These terms constitute a contract between the company and the users of the website https://leadextreme.ai and the associated services.

The terms “the Service”, “we”, or “our” refer to the company. Acceptance of the GTU is required to access the services. These GTU may be amended, and registered users will be notified by email to review and accept them.

Service interruptions for maintenance may be decided at any time, and clients will be informed in advance of the dates and times of the interventions.

The website https://leadextreme.ai aims to provide information about all offered services. The company strives to ensure the accuracy of the information but cannot be held responsible for omissions or inaccuracies, whether caused by itself or third-party partners.

All information on the site is provided for guidance only and may change. The services are not responsible for material or software damage resulting from their use, due to inadequate hardware, bugs, or incompatibilities. Users commit to using secure hardware and up-to-date browsers.

The company disclaims all liability for indirect damages (loss of market, commercial prejudice, etc.). It reserves the right to moderate any content published on its platform in case of violation of French law (offensive, racist, defamatory messages, illegally obtained data, etc.).

The services may contain links to other web resources. The company cannot verify the content of these resources and disclaims all responsibility for them.

Purpose of the service

LeadExtreme is a sales prospecting application sold on subscription. It is used to build prospect lists, enrich them, prepare messages and run outreach sequences, mainly on LinkedIn.

To do so, the Service operates the LinkedIn account you connect to it: it opens a session for that account, views profiles, and sends invitations and messages on your behalf, according to the campaigns you configure. Nothing is sent that you have not requested.

The Service relies on UbiMap, LeadExtreme's technical platform, published by the same company: it hosts the connected account's session and runs the processing.

Your account and your access

Access to the Service is personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for whatever is done from your account.

An account may belong to an organisation. In that case the organisation administers access, and the prospects, lists, footprints and campaigns created in the Service belong to it: your departure does not erase them, they are transferred to the organisation.

Outside the free trial and complimentary access, using the Service requires an active subscription. When access ends, the remaining credits are kept for 30 days, and the connected LinkedIn account is paused or disconnected, as provided in the general terms of sale.

Your LinkedIn account remains yours, and remains your responsibility

LinkedIn is a third-party service that we do not publish and over which we have no power. By connecting your account, you ask us to act on your behalf: you remain responsible for that use.

It is for you to comply with LinkedIn's terms of use and its rules on automation, to check that you are entitled to contact the people you target, to decide on the content, tone and frequency of the messages sent, and to take account of the replies you receive, including when someone asks you to stop.

We do not guarantee that your LinkedIn account will be maintained, nor that the network will not restrict, limit or close it. LinkedIn may at any time detect automation, throttle an account, restrict its features or close it. Such a measure is not attributable to us and does not, on that ground alone, give rise to a refund or to suspension of the current subscription.

We do play our part: the Service applies quotas and a pace intended to stay within reasonable use, and flags a connected account that has been restricted. These measures reduce the risk, they do not remove it.

None of the above relieves us of our own failings: we remain liable in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and in every case where the law forbids excluding liability.

What the Service does not guarantee

The Service is provided as it stands and evolves. We undertake as to the means employed, not as to a commercial result: no number of replies, meetings or sales is guaranteed.

The Service depends on third-party platforms: LinkedIn first of all, but also the contact-data providers, mailboxes and CRMs you connect. Those third parties may change their rules, quotas or interface without notice. A feature may therefore be degraded, suspended or withdrawn for that reason, until we have adapted to the change.

Volumes, sending pace and quotas are capped, per subscription and per connected account. Those caps may be adjusted to preserve the safety of connected accounts and the stability of the Service.

Maintenance downtime may be decided; except in an emergency, it is announced in advance.

Content, messages and prohibited uses

You are the author and the sender of the messages sent from the Service, including where they were drafted by the assisted-writing feature: it suggests, you approve, you are bound.

The following are prohibited in particular: abusive, defamatory, discriminatory or misleading messages; impersonation; prospecting based on data obtained unlawfully or unfairly; reselling data extracted from the Service; and any circumvention of quotas or technical protections.

We may suspend access to the Service in the event of a serious breach, after formal notice has gone unheeded, except where urgency or seriousness requires immediate action.

Personal data: who answers for what

The Service processes two kinds of data: yours, as a user, and that of the people you prospect, who are not our users. The roles, purposes, retention periods and sub-processors are set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

In short: for your account and subscription data, we are the controller. For the data of the prospects you target, import or contact, you — or your organisation — are the controller, and we act as a processor, on your instructions.

Term, amendment and governing law

These terms apply throughout your access to the Service. They may be amended; registered users are informed by email and, if they refuse the amendment, may terminate their subscription under the conditions set out in the general terms of sale.

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of Nantes, subject to any rules of jurisdiction from which the law allows no derogation.

General Terms of Sale (GTS)

Paid licenses subscribed directly via the interface carry no commitment. These terms may differ if a specific contract has been signed with the company.

The subscription renews automatically at each due date, monthly or yearly depending on the chosen payment terms, until it is terminated.

The subscription can be terminated at any time from the “Subscription” section: it ends at the end of the period already paid, without refund of the current period. Credits remain usable until that date, and access to the solution is not blocked before then.

Any late or interrupted payment results in a formal notice and legal proceedings. The maximum contract execution period is 6 months from the signing of the quote or commercial agreement.

Credit usage is detailed in the “Subscription” section. Unused credits are carried over to the following month, except as specified in the contract. The company reserves the right to modify the credit calculation basis depending on the costs of its technical partners.

Prices, invoicing and payment

The applicable prices are those displayed in the subscription interface or set out in the accepted quotation, expressed in euros excluding tax, plus value added tax at the rate in force.

Payment is made by bank card through our payment provider Stripe, or under the terms provided for in the contract. Card numbers do not pass through our servers and are not stored there.

The current plans, their prices and the credits they include are set out in the pricing section of this website's home page.

Credits and quotas

Some features consume credits: prospect search, profile analysis, contact-data enrichment, message sending, assisted writing. The count can be viewed at any time in the "Subscription" section.

A Google search page, for prospects or for a profile, is deducted every time, whatever the result; contact details are only deducted once found. Analysing a profile is deducted on success: 1 credit for the profile, plus 1 per attached company page; having AI write a sequence, 1 credit per step written. Included credits are renewed at each subscription term.

At zero credits, the interface remains accessible, but the features that consume credits are blocked until credits are topped up.

Quotas and sending pace remain capped irrespective of the credit balance: holding credits does not allow the limits set for the safety of connected accounts to be exceeded.

Free trial and end of access

Signing up with a business email address opens a 15-day free trial, with free credits. Outside the trial and complimentary access granted by us, the Service can only be used with an active subscription.

When access ends (subscription not renewed, trial or complimentary access), the remaining credits are kept for 30 days: a subscription taken out or resumed within that time gets them back; after that, they are lost.

One day after a trial or complimentary access ends without a subscription, the connected LinkedIn account is disconnected, and the dedicated IP address assigned to it is released. Prospects, lists and campaigns remain: campaigns resume once the account is reconnected, after subscribing.

When a paid subscription ends, the connected LinkedIn account is paused for those 30 days: a subscription resumed within that time gets it back as it was, on the same IP address. After that, it is disconnected and its IP address released, as at the end of a trial.

Withdrawal

The Service is reserved for professionals, for the purposes of their business: by creating an account or subscribing, you declare that you are acting in that capacity. The only exception is the access we offer to students, which is free and intended for their training. A business with fewer than six employees which concludes, off-premises, a contract outside its main field of activity keeps the rights granted to it by law, and no provision of these terms can set them aside.

Such a subscriber then has a fourteen-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract. It is exercised without having to give reasons and without penalty, by an unambiguous statement sent to hello@leadextreme.ai, where appropriate using the standard withdrawal form.

This right has one exception: where, at the subscriber's express request, performance of the Service begins before the end of the fourteen-day period and the subscriber acknowledges that the right of withdrawal will be lost once the contract has been fully performed, withdrawal is no longer possible from that full performance onwards. Where performance has begun without being completed, the amount due is proportionate to the service supplied up to the withdrawal.

Suspension, account deletion and what happens to the data

In the event of non-payment, access may be suspended after formal notice has gone unheeded, without prejudice to recovery of the sums due.

Deleting an account from the interface cuts off access immediately, then erases the data after a seven-day grace period, during which the request can be cancelled. Prospects, lists, footprints and campaigns belonging to the organisation are transferred to it. Accounting records and the usage log are kept, reduced to what is necessary, for the statutory period.

Deleting an account does not terminate the organisation's subscription, except when its last owner deletes their account: the subscription then ends at the end of the period already paid, without refund.

Changes to the Service and to prices

We may change the Service, its features and the basis on which credits are calculated, in particular when the costs or terms of our technical partners change. Any price change applying to a current subscription is notified by email before it takes effect.

The “Your market” market study

Version of November 6, 2026.

1. Purpose. These provisions apply to the “Your market” market study (the “Study”), which is part of the Service. The general terms of use and of sale apply to everything else; where they conflict, these provisions prevail for the Study.

2. Content. Starting from your footprint, your website and the message you write, the Study looks for your competitors and writes a profile of each one: its offer, its features, its published prices, and the customers and partners it cites. It compares them in an offer grid and a price table, then writes a summary, battle cards and a roadmap drawn from the market. It contains at most fifty profiles; those of direct competitors, twenty at most, are checked, unless the check fails, which the report flags. The study of 10 competitors contains ten profiles, three of them checked, and names the other competitors found. The number of profiles depends on the market and on which sources can be read: when a competitor's website cannot be read, its profile may fall back on the description of its public LinkedIn company page; failing that, the competitor is only named, under “Not studied”. The Study is delivered in LeadExtreme, as a report you can print as a PDF.

3. A study written by artificial intelligence. The Study is written by artificial intelligence models, called by UbiMap, our technical platform, from public pages: the websites of the companies studied, web search results and those companies' public LinkedIn company pages. Each item links to its source and to the date it was read. Direct competitors are checked by a second artificial intelligence model, against the sources, with no human review. The Study describes those pages as of the date they were read and is not updated afterwards. It is not exhaustive.

4. Reading rules. We read only pages that can be reached without an account or a form, at a limited pace, fifteen pages at most per website. We comply with websites' access rules (robots.txt) and with any opt-out from text and data mining expressed in machine-readable form: a website that opts out is neither read nor quoted, and the report says so. We create no account, fill in no form and read no personal profile page. The Study never uses the data of another LeadExtreme customer.

5. Best-efforts obligation. We carry out the Study with care, by the means described above, without guaranteeing any result. Its information comes from third parties: we do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or up to date. A price shown as “not published” or “on request” has not been estimated; a price shown as “reported by a third party” has not been confirmed by the company concerned. Check a piece of information at its source before making a decision that depends on it.

6. Included study and credits. Your subscription includes one Study, once per organisation, when you first subscribe: the study of 10 competitors with the Essential plan, the extended study, up to 50 competitors, with the Business and Enterprise plans. Moving from Essential to Business or Enterprise includes the extended study, once. After that, the extended study is paid for with your organisation's credits: 2,500 credits at the date of these terms, the number in force being displayed before you run it; any member of your organisation can run it. No separate invoice is issued for the Study: VAT is that of your subscription.

7. Start and delivery. The included Study starts on its own when you subscribe, as soon as your market preview is ready; a Study paid for with credits starts when you run it. It is generally ready within the day, and an on-screen notice tells you so; this timing is indicative. If it has not been delivered seven days after it starts, it is cancelled and its credits are returned to you, without your having to do anything. The Study is delivered when its report, with at least one competitor profile, the grid and the summary, is available in LeadExtreme.

8. Failure and free version. A Study that fails before delivery returns its credits in full; an included Study that fails can be run again without using credits. Once delivered, the Study does not return its credits; however, if its report contains fewer than five profiles, a new version is offered to you free of charge, once, to be requested from the report within thirty days of delivery. An inaccuracy in information published by a third party is not a defect in the Study.

9. New version. From the report, “Run the study again” runs a new version, on the same terms and for the number of credits displayed: at the date of these terms, 500 credits within thirty days of delivery of the extended study, and 2,500 credits after that. From the study of 10 competitors, it is always 2,500 credits, and it becomes the extended study. Profiles less than 30 days old are reused, with their date; the others are read again. The previous version remains available.

10. Your instructions. The message you write to tailor the Study is passed, together with what LeadExtreme knows about your footprint (your offer, your targets, your competitors), to UbiMap, our technical platform, and to the artificial intelligence model that writes the Study. It steers the analysis without lifting the rules in articles 3 to 5. Do not include personal data or a third party's confidential information in it.

11. Right of withdrawal. The Study is part of the Service, which is reserved for professionals for the purposes of their business: the “Withdrawal” clause of these terms applies to it.

12. Use of the Study. The Study is intended for your organisation's internal use: its members, and its advisers and funders bound by confidentiality (accountant, lawyer, bank, investors). You may not resell it, publish it or make it available to the public as it stands without our written consent. Any wider distribution of part of it, to prospects or to the public, is at your sole responsibility, after checking its source and date (article 13). Battle cards never leave your organisation.

13. What you distribute. Any communication you draw from the Study — a sales pitch, a presentation to a prospect, a page on your website, an article — is yours, and you alone are responsible for it. If it compares your offer with that of an identifiable competitor, it is comparative advertising: it must be objective, relate to essential, relevant, verifiable and representative characteristics of goods or services meeting the same needs, and must not disparage, and you must be able to prove its accuracy at short notice (articles L. 122-1 to L. 122-5 of the French Consumer Code). Check each piece of information at its source and up to date, and state that a text was generated by artificial intelligence where the law requires it.

14. Liability. Our liability in respect of the Study covers only direct and foreseeable damage, up to the value in euros of the credits consumed for the Study or the version concerned or, for the included Study, the price of one month of your plan. We are not liable for decisions you make on the strength of the Study, or for indirect losses (loss of profit, of customers or of reputation). These limits do not apply in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or where the law forbids excluding them. You are responsible for the use you make of the Study (articles 12 and 13).

15. Retention, access and personal data. The Study and its versions remain available in LeadExtreme for as long as your organisation has access to it; “Print as PDF” lets you keep a copy. They are erased with your organisation; erasing a user removes that user's name and messages from them. A company's profile, made up of public pages, is kept for up to ninety days by UbiMap, our technical platform, with no link to you, and may be used for another customer's study; your choices, your messages and your report serve only you. The Study describes companies, not individuals; a short quotation from a public page may nonetheless name a person, whose data is handled as set out in our privacy policy, and who may ask for its removal at hello@leadextreme.ai.

16. Rights in the Study, and provider. We grant you, with no time limit, the right to use the Study within the limits of articles 12 and 13. The texts, trademarks and data of the companies studied remain with their owners; the Study reproduces only short quotations from them, with their source. The Study is provided by LeadExtreme, a French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with share capital of €1,000, in the process of registration with the Nantes court registry (greffe), 114 rue de la Bournière, 44980 Sainte-Luce-sur-Loire, France.
